Every inch of this new-construction home was designed with intention—from the entry courtyard’s sculpted masonry banquettes and custom flume fountain to the rainwater guided by tile patterns. Each detail, no matter how small, reflects a deeply collaborative process between architecture, interiors, and landscape. Open-air stairs, garden galleries, and tucked-away courts blur thresholds, expanding daily life into every corner. Even a bocce court finds its place, hidden in the side yard. This is a home where calm is crafted and experience choreographed—down to the last planter, dramatically poised in waiting.
