The Associates Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indian River County, Florida.
